I came here a few days ago hoping to find tips on how to get the gorgeous pelt, and felt it was hopeless, but tried it nontetheless. These items can be found throughout the game at Tackle Shops, General Stores, Quest Rewards, and/or Special Event Rewards. The pick-ups are along the edge of the pond. this place also has a shop that got some good fishing equipment that makes reeling in fish quicker, purchase the Death Spin rod and the Nereid reel then keep catching fish with Noct until you max out this skill.
